Corydon Supply stocks specialty papers and inventories a large array of interleaving papers designed for metal stampers, connector companies, and reel-to-reel platers.
Our assortment includes poly coated, silicone-coated, and Kraft interleaving papers. Our stock includes a wide variety of weights (from 30 lb. to 100 lb.) for quick turnaround with small minimum order quantities.
Corydon is a custom converter that specializes in converting difficult papers and films and slitting narrow width (3/8″+), short-run papers, and films.
About Our Specialty Papers and Films
Interleaving Papers:
Corydon Supply’s interleaving papers are consistent because we buy the same grades from the same paper mills for over 20 years. We stock natural and bleached Kraft papers in basis weights from 30 to 81 lbs.
We feature high performance Extensible Kraft papers which stretch approximately 6% in both in the machine and cross-machine direction. Extensible Kraft papers solve many problems related to stress on the web (during winding and after being wound on reels). These papers also withstand elevated temperatures. Our current customers can attest that these stronger, thinner papers, save them money.
We also offer latex papers that are used in ‘clean room’ applications where low particulate counts are required.
Poly Coated Kraft Papers:
For use in wrapping applications, Poly Coated Kraft Papers are oil and grease-resistant papers ideal for protecting metal parts, masking and heat sealing. These papers are also used in applications including food preparation and food service.
Corydon is the sole supplier of the FLOXL™ brand with papers in virgin, recycled, and bleached grades. Paper is available in roll or sheet form with rolls as narrow as 0.25” to 92”, and sheets up to 64″ x 84″. We have 1 and 2-sided coatings, matte, satin, semi-gloss, and gloss finishes, and coated weights from 7-25 pounds of poly. Corydon has the converting capability to customize to meet your needs.
Films: Polyethylene & Polyester
At Corydon, LDPE & HDPE films are available in a wide range of thicknesses. We also offer custom poly bags & sheeting and polyester film in gauges from 48 to 500.
We also offer adhesive coated substrates for masking applications.
